Located in the Calder area, the campground sits roughly 10 miles from campgrounds near Clarkia and connects campers to the broader forest road network. Several other forest campgrounds operate within a five-mile radius, including Donkey Creek Campground to the north. Campers should prepare for forest road conditions and pack water, as no hookups are available.

Camp 3 Campground features 4 camp units, stock loading ramp, corral, and vault toilets. There is no developed water so bring ample supplies for your use. Please observe the Pack it In Pack it Out policy for your refuse. Attractions include fishing and proximity to a historic cabin.
