Fishing, swimming, and morning views across the water draw campers to Hazard Lake Campground, a drive-in site within Payette National Forest that runs a short season from July through September. The campground accommodates RVs up to 35 feet and includes ADA-accessible facilities. Site quality varies, so spot selection matters. Those wanting dispersed alternatives nearby can look at Hazard Creek Dispersed Camping, roughly seven miles to the west, or browse camping near Payette National Forest for a wider range of options across the region.
