Caldron Linn BLM Dispersed — Snake River Canyon

The canyon rim above the Snake River in southern Idaho holds this BLM dispersed area, just steps from the edge of the basalt gorge at Caldron Linn — one of the river's most dramatic narrows. Level grassy sites face east into the canyon, making for a strong sunrise over the water far below. The access road is rough and slow-going but manageable for most vehicles in dry conditions, with ample room for larger rigs and multiple camping parties.
