The site includes four toilets without running water or electricity, a large 40x60-foot pavilion with picnic tables and chairs, plus a fire ring where campers must bring their own firewood. A spring-fed water source flows from a pipe accessible via trail on the left side of the property.
Access requires navigating two miles on Forest Service Road 251, which the caretaker advises checking before bringing large RVs or fifth wheels. Campers should avoid driving on the grass areas to prevent getting stuck. Since this remains an active burial ground, visitors may encounter church services on weekends or funeral processions during burials. The area also serves as a training location for Army Rangers. Three Forks Campground sits just over a mile west for those seeking more developed facilities.
