Nice cheap camping in the Ocala NF

Nice little campground with very few amenities, a vault toilet that the host kept nice and clean and a water pump for non-potable water. The campground was mostly quiet, but sites 2 and 3 are pretty close together and it filled up on the weekends. Fresh water and a dump station are close at Fore Lake Campground. The road to get in has three large dips which might be a problem for big rigs but we saw several 30+ footers while camped here. $10 a day online reservations.

Decent camp for 10$

Decent campground near the lake but not on it. A short walk to the dock. Pump water that I'm not sure is potable. Shady and cool.

Nice location

You have to use unpaced road to get there, so keep 4x4 in mind. Place is nice, lake walk, gates, toilets etc is available. Firewood is in forest :)

Great getaway from the City

This campground is private, but small. The lake is great for fishing and is filled with sunfish and bass. There is a boat ramp, and a fishing dock. The boat ramp made getting the kayak in and out of the lake easy. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire pit. Sites are first come first serve, but I have never see it full.
