Many campers appreciated the extensive water activities, marina facilities, and on-site restaurant. However, recent policy changes and customer service issues have created concerns for potential visitors.

Management Sucks

They changed there RV rates and cancellation policy on July 1, 2023 but didn’t inform customers about the change. Before if you canceled your reservation they charged you $50 but now you lose your entire deposit of $250 the customer always gets screwed over. Don’t waste your time with this place find something else because they just want your money, customer service doesn’t exist here!

Great place but needs a little work

We have been staying here since September 1st and will be here until January 1st 2021. So far everything has been amazing from the river view to the great restaurant on site, however as those who live in a popup camper we use the on-site showers frequently and have found that cleaning crews are severely lacking in this area. Also was disappointed to see the the activities room is being used as a shop for the maintenance staff and not open to the public at the time of my stay.

Great amenities

It has it all for the water! Boat rentals, boat ramps and a marina. As well as a restaurant and a pool. The family had a great time kayaking the St. John’s river and we caught some great fish too.
