Free Riverside Camping

Reservations must be made for this free spot. Small campground offering 4 spots for RVs and a couple of tent spots. This is dry camping, so make sure you have water and capacity in your tanks. There is a porta potty that was in great condition. The sites each have picnic tables and grills. Currently they are in the process of adding small pavilions at each site. We stayed in February and ended up having to leave early due to the rising waters. I think we would have most likely been fine in the campground, but the road in had flooded and was getting worse.

Nice place to camp

This is a nice place to camp for up to 7 days free, but bring plenty of water because it is far away from potable water and a dump station. We camped here with a 36 foot travel trailer. Reservations can also be made on www.Camplife.com
