Blue Angel RV Park

Great Place, on the water.  Bike friendly…

Of note…Not located on NAS Pensacola and you cannot reserve a specific campsite.  I would recommend getting in early to pick your spot..

Two loops with a different feel each

*Battleship row is premium concrete pad sites. Some do collect water though in heavy rain. Clean, private restrooms/showers. Dog wash area.
*Anchor Cove sites are dirt or gravel. This area has more of a primitive feel to it, that being said it’s a great set of sites. *There are also a range of more primitive sites sprinkled throughout the park for tent/hammock camping

I stayed for aprox 60 days and it was worth it. Gorgeous sunsets each day.

Perfect

We camped in hammocks and used the tent platform for our canopy to cover our food and gear. The view was beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Very quiet. Kayak rentals

Pensacola Camping

We spent 4 days at this camp site. There is two different sites on with poured pads and the other just dirt. The sites are night and day different. One kept up and the other ran down. Unable to get on the good side due to long term retired campers. However, overall good place to stay for the cost. Bathrooms very clean.

Very nice military park

We spent several days in February at Blue Angel Naval park. It had FHU, WiFi, and laundry. The host was friendly and helpful. The park is at the beach. There is a walking trail and a flat place to ride a bike. Hope to return soon.

Great time!

We weren’t sure how much we’d like this campground as there is no pool or campground scheduled activities, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did some paddle-boarding and walked trails. There is so much more we want to do, like play volleyball, mini golf, go kayaking, and ride bikes. It was quiet at quiet time, no problems. Nice area to explore and friendly campers. Lots of wildlife.. deer and we heard a coyote howl at night. Also, the tent campsites were nice - platforms, waterfront view, grill, and a little tree house. We look forward to returning!

Mid week get away

Stayed at Anchor Cove ( rustic). Electric, water with Dump Station. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Great area for long dog walks in the woods. We are repeat customers. 😎

Amazing!

There's absolutely everything you need right here! Took our kids and pups here often! They have tent spots, cabins, rv spots, sail boat rentals, paint ball, frisbee golf, and anything else you could want! Easy to reserve a space and plenty to do all around this place. Absolutely loved it while we were there and we'll always miss the beautiful views of the water. My daughter even caught her first big ole catfish right off the boat launch! Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Barrancas Beach, by Naval Museum, and Pensacola Bay

We visited NAS Pensavola for a 5 day vacation, and spent many hours on the beach at Barrancas, and on the bay, where we put in our kayaks and explored the ocean. The beach is well kept, with excellent life guards and not crowded even during peak times. There are covered picnic areas which are first come, first serve, and a shower for rinse off. The bay was awesome, there is a small beach, which was roped off, and a great put in area for kayaks and paddle boards. You can rent there or bring your own. If you bring your own they do not charge. There are tons of areas to explore and beach your kayaks and check out the area.
