Just past the Spring Creek Summit information kiosk off Highway 149, this dispersed site sits alongside a set of old corrals on National Forest land. A rough, rocky two-track runs up to the left of the corrals, while one flatter spot to the right works for travel trailers or rooftop campers. The terrain suits overlanders better than most RV setups. No water, no trash service, and cell signal is limited, so come fully self-contained. Nearby FSR #689 Dispersed provides a comparable alternative if this area is occupied. Pack out everything, and carry enough water for your full stay.
