Description
This wide, level pullout sits along the Peak-to-Peak Highway (CO 72) in Roosevelt National Forest, tucked into a forested mountain corridor at roughly 8,200 feet with Middle St. Vrain Creek running directly behind the parking area. The surface is smooth and flat enough to accommodate rigs of any size without leveling blocks, and traffic along the highway drops off sharply after dark. Road work staging has occasionally occupied part of the lot, so conditions on arrival may vary.
