The East Fork San Juan River corridor in the San Juan National Forest hosts this dispersed area alongside fast-moving water about two miles down East Fork Road (FR 667) from US 140. The road in is well-maintained and accommodates big rigs, with additional sites available across the road for those who want more separation from the river. No cell service reaches the canyon; pit toilets are on-site.
