Disturbing host attitude

Dogs bark day and night,, that damn generator is non stop after 10 pm. Children are rabid rampid thru our campground. The host is severly incompetantly rude. He does not care about the peace and respect of everyone crowded around us. Host is the worst ever experienced.. Shame on you... We had to leave prematurely due to the noise and rudeness

Sitewho cares !! it was all the same

Alpine Loop

Located right off the Alpine Loop. Each site has a grill, fire ring, and table. Some have beautiful views of the lake. Vault toilets were clean and water and soap at faucet at outside of toilet. Camp host was friendly. Road was a little rough to get to. No issue running my generator, sites are spaced well apart. We were in site one which had a great view.

Beautiful site and right next to the lake!

Our family of 4 tent camped at this site. We were able to walk to the edge of the cliff and had a clear view of Lake San Cristobal. We had a creek running beside our campsite.

Wupperman Campground

Wupperman campground is on the east side of Lake San Cristobal. It has about 30 sites. Some sites are very close to one another, and others are a little farther apart which are nicer. They majority of them are situated on top of a hill overlooking the lake. The site was $15 per night. There are fire grates, picnic tables, and vault toilets. The lake is beautiful; its at 9,000 ft and on one side of it are snow capped mountains. The lake is quiet and peaceful.
