BLM-managed dispersed camping along the Colorado Trail puts campers directly on one of the state's most-used long-distance hiking and biking routes, with roughly six to seven sites spread across the area. Sites are reported as level, each with a makeshift fire ring. No developed amenities exist here. Campers should check current fire restrictions before arriving. Monarch Spur RV Park & Campground is about a mile away for those wanting hookups or more structure.
