This dispersed camping area appears to be partially on USFS and partially on City of Alma property. There is definitely some new development going on here. There have been 6 graveled pull through sites added and there are paint marks indicating several tents sites coming in the future. Also signs of a disc golf course being added. I expect this area will soon become a designated campground with fees.
