Great spot away from everything

I stayed here numerous times as a young kid and teen with my family. We lived in Susanville and would go here to get out of the town and feel closer to nature and experience it all. The sites are walk in so be ready to pack what you need with you. The wildlife possibilities seem endless and it's a…

Beautiful Spot

My wife and I stayed here before moving on to Lassen Volcanic NP. We stayed here on a Monday night (it was our honeymoon) so we were the only ones here. There was a really cool, fast flowing creek running through the campsite. Just a gorgeous spot in the forest with toilets if you need them.

Great little overnight spot

This campground made for a great overnight getaway trip. We went in late may and the weather was perfect for traditional camping activities. The mosquitoes were out in full force so bug spray is a must. There are some nice places to fish that are just a short walk from the campsites and the…

Clean and well maintained RV park

Great location and overall a great RV park. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The park is immaculately maintained. The sites are level and the scenery is breathtaking. Such a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!!

This was a great campground, managed by PG&E. It's pretty small, which made it much more quiet than other campgrounds. Our site was right on the river, so we had the peaceful sounds of rushing water to hear. The site (3) was also pretty decent size, and in my opinion the best site.

The best…

Nice place

A sweet little campground located right on the Feather River. Clean facilities, fun fishing. Sites are spacious and include covered picnic bench and fire pit. NO HOOKUPS. Dumpsite 2 miles up the road.

Beautiful Lake!

This is one of three campgrounds on Antelope Lake near Susanville CA. Several of the sites are near the lake. All sites are well shaded with fir and pine trees. Great fishing and wildlife watching. Enjoy all water sports and beautiful lake. Reservations are required for most sites but a few are…

Spotless RV site and hosts are super friendly

Family owned business seems to be ran by 3 generations. I (think) met the grandson riding the golf cart about to start his chores. The daughter of the owner came up to me asking if I needed help (which I did in order to pay) and called her father Arnie who was making his driveway spotless with his…

Average Pay Site

Nothing terribly good or bad about this site. Lakefront is a plus, great if you’re in the area...probably not worth a trip unless you’re boating.

Not Maintained in the Winter

We did not stay the night here, as there was too much snow on Bridge Creek Springs Road in April for our RV to be able to get through. We spent the night in a clearing nearby though, and walked over to the campground to check it out.

The camp sites are nicely spread out, and each comes with a…

Camping among the Joshua Trees outside of Yucca Valley

We spent 5 nights at this national park campground hopping from site to site (this is all we could do with reservations really hard to get). At this time the campground is only by online reservations. Best site was the last #29. Campground has flushing toilets, no showers as usual for national…

Mosquito Mahem in Summer

There’s a beautiful view here, and a lot of peace and solitude- as long as you’re willing to share the space with mosquitos! The water is shallow and warm, so not great for fishing in the late summer. Lots of algae, so swimming can be eh, too. Paddle board paradise, though.

  • Lots of Lilly pads, not sure about the bass situation here. Might bring a pooper next time through.
