Description
Sierra National Forest rolls through mid-elevation mixed conifer terrain here along Miami Mountain Road, a dirt corridor winding through the forest west of Sugar Pine. A handful of roadside pullouts along the dirt road offer quick, no-frills stops with good cell reception — a relative rarity at this elevation. Smaller vehicles are the better fit given the unimproved road character.
