Furnace Creek Wash Road BLM Dispersed near Tecopa Hot Springs

This open BLM corridor east of Ibex Wilderness runs along Furnace Creek Wash Road through classic Mojave high-desert terrain, with wide unobstructed views across the valley floor and surrounding peaks that pay off at both sunrise and sunset. The graded road is accessible to all vehicle sizes — expect some washboarding but no technical obstacles — and pullouts are plentiful and widely spaced, making it easy to find a flat, private site with a fire ring. Tecopa Hot Springs is a short drive southeast, and wind is a consistent presence, especially overnight.
