A loop campground in Sequoia National Forest, Lower Peppermint runs from May through November and accommodates RVs up to 22 feet with water hookups available. Sites include designated fire pits and picnic tables; rangers issue fire permits on-site. No showers. Inside-loop sites have less separation between neighbors, so campers wanting more privacy should request an outside position. The main draw nearby is a series of granite water slides with pools, reachable by a short hike. Peppermint Campground sits a couple miles northwest for those wanting a different setup, and pet-friendly camping near Sequoia National Forest covers additional options across the wider forest. Pets are welcome here. Bring your own toilet paper for the vault facilities.
