It may be gone now

I rolled into this campground and it was vacant. Likely closed? Nice and flat under a canopy of pine. I tried to pay online but was unable to, there was no drop box. The restrooms were locked up. Regardless we set up camp. There was a fire pit but did not use it. Left at 7am and never saw a ranger.

Abandoned campground

Visited 4-16-21. Campground appears to be closed but has no signs saying so, just covers on the old signs. Tables and fire rings removed in northern half, bathrooms locked. Nice place for dry camping, near scenic Wolf Creek.

Seems abandoned

I stopped in on a Wednesday and it seemed to be closed but no signs to that affect. I took a spot, didn’t see any pay/info station and the bathrooms were locked. Nice quite stay. There were several people that came down the road, but it must be a road into a neighborhood or something.
