Okay

Had a standard Hookup-RV-Spot. Was very uneven, couldn't get the RV level. If you don't have the premium hookup spots, you got to pay 20$ "Service Fee" for dumping. Idk why because you end up doing it all by yourself as usual anyway. Feels like a bit of a rip off to be honest. The rest is nice, quiet (except for the geese) and clean.

Very friendly & Improved

I went with our 2 grandsons and daughter. Last minute book on 106d super hot day. The place was great and. The pool a lifesaver. This was an old. Koa. Yes lots of longtermers, but clean and super nice. People lent us there floaties and even offered to get us drinks!. Bathroom s still need updating. New fences between back in sites, which was nice. Saved a couple bucks because we didn't need sewer. The office was super nice and let us have guests, no problem. I think they are improving this place bit by bit.

Quiet and warm

The host was very nice. When we got there we could not find the black water hookup. He came out and helped us get all connected. Most lots are used by permanent residents. I did not see any children. Very clean and was very pet friendly. All of the folks were very friendly and most had their own dogs. I am not sure I would come back, I am new to RVing and I think I need muck more to experience before I would go back to the same place twice. I am looking for parks closer to wineries as well.

It’s an RV park

Fairly run of the mill. A few tent spots that you have to reserve but mostly RVs, many of which seemed to have been there a while. A bit pricey at ~$70 a night. Facilities seemed fine - they have a pool/hot tub. Easy walk to the mall. There was zero social activity; everyone seemed to be in their RV all day and night.
