Antelope Mountain Dispersed Camp

Antelope Mountain Dispersed Camp is located near varied terrain with elevations that provide expansive views. Temperatures can range from lows in the 30s Fahrenheit during winter to highs in the 80s during summer. Nearby, visitors can explore the Lassen Volcanic National Park and Eagle Lake, offering opportunities for hiking and water activities.

Camping is allowed throughout the recreation area, however all vehicles must remain on designated routes and trails. The trailheads afford level parking, bbq's, fire pits, picnic tables and vault toilets.

Camping near springs or guzzlers will prevent wildlife from using the water source. To ensure you do not displace wildlife and livestock camp at least 300 yards from any water source. Camping is not allowed within the Doyle Wildlife Area.

No potable water is available within the recreation area.

Camping is limited to 14 days.

One good area

We only found one good area and it already had 2 people at it. It had level sites and nice tall trees. It also tucked in out of the wind. We some for other sites but they were windy, rough road to reach them, and not level so we moved on
