It was a last minute booking, for a holiday weekend, after a major hurricane. Campground was nice, nice & clean bathhouses, nice pool[closed due to pandemic]. Cabins looked nice, too. Just have to be careful what sight you book, because I almost never got my camper level in sight #21. All in…
we stayed during a hunting trip and used the campground because of its close proximity to where we hunted. the showers and restrooms were well taken care of ,noticed disc golf there and a pond for fishing. highly recommended stay
Very nice, newer bathhouse facilities. Friendly staff, family friendly place. Cane Creek Lake has great fishing. Clean park. Bring your own firewood.
Upgrades have recently been made to a good campground. Nice small fishing lake and swimming pool modern bath houses really nice cabins.

Stayed in a cabin which had everything we needed. Very relaxing. Beautiful setting. Got awesome sunrise photos. Woodpeckers very active in the morning. Cabins are close to the bayou. Would be very cautious with children.

Our Review: The camp sites were very nice, all had either 30 amp or 50 amp electric hook ups and water. The electricity was super convenient with having the space heater in the tent. Most of the sites have nice views of the water too! It was a little too cold to fish but from what we’ve gathered…

We are from Star City so we have visited the park often but finally decided to camp there and it was so nice. The campgrounds are nice and the visitors center offers fun activities for the kids.
