Great weekend Beautiful lake!

We stayed in site 92. It was level, shady, and had a good view of the lake. The lake and park were clean. Would have given it a “5” but no sewer. Can’t wait to go back!

A+ for solo campers

This was a last minute Memorial Day weekend trip, I was able to book the last campsite in the park and the lady I spoke to was so helpful!

Very safe and clean environment.

Quit campground

We booked this campground last minute on a trip and being the last stop it was great to have a quite area. We were in site 12 which was a group site but it was all the had. We were tent camping and had plenty of flat area for our tent and we were far enough away from neighbors that it was quite.…

Gorgeous and Quiet

It was well-kempt and lovely. Very quiet and the facilities were in great shape. Lots of variety in sites including lots of nice places for tents.

The RV sites were a bit cramped due to the trees being very close to the pad. I couldn't put out my awning at the site i ended up in. The trees in the…

Great Lake Activites

When visiting Arkansas you quickly can get a sense of just what makes the Natural State so spectacular.    But with over 50 state parks each one is very distinct.   Daisy State Park is one which has a large focus on the lake activities.

But while the lake might be a large part the camping…

Absolutely Gorgeous Camping

We stayed here one night (I wish I had booked more) after digging for diamonds all day (30 min drive to CoD).

We stayed in 24 - it’s a perfect site for seclusion and access to the lake.

  • View of the sunset at the campsite
  • View from the parking pad.

Very Busy

If you are planning to kayak, canoe or tube, then you may not mind how busy the campgrounds are. The bath/showers are not terribly close, unless you're staying near the bunk houses. Pretty scenery and the river activities are fun, orherwise there's not much to do here. You have to travel if you…

Woodsy camp ground

Beautiful, tall ponderosa pines cover this little park. Be sure to call and ask for a site that fits your needs. In loop A&B are small sites, loop E accommodates larger units. This park is on Lake Greeson however most site have a steep walk down to the water. Our site was 102 ,a back in that…

Spontaneous run up to Beaver’s Bend!

Great weekend! It is still hot but cooler in the evening. We were able to secure a campsite at the last minute. It was crowded but to be expected. The water was nice and we had a great time canoeing on the river. Deer were everywhere in the evening. Def will be back, beavers bend never disappoints!

Our new favorite place!

We camped in Turkey Circle in the lake part of the park. The campground was a bit tight but it was pretty quiet. We stayed in #10 and it was right next to the road but thankfully there isn’t much traffic in the circle. We had a slight view of the water from the back of our site and it was a quick…
