Description
Lake Mead National Recreation Area's southwestern corridor runs along the lower Colorado River, and this pair of dispersed pullouts sits directly on the riverbank — one of the few places in the NRA where you can camp with the water right at your doorstep. The access track is manageable for two-wheel-drive vehicles, though the spot is better suited to smaller rigs. Mornings bring mosquitoes along the river, so come prepared.
