B-Rad Ranch

B-Rad Ranch is located near the rugged terrain of northern Arizona, characterized by rocky landscapes and sparse vegetation. Temperatures in the area can range from lows in the 30s Fahrenheit during winter to highs in the 90s during summer. Campers can explore nearby attractions such as the Grand Canyon Caverns and the historic Route 66, both offering unique experiences within reach.

Description

This is a small ranch that im slowly developing, off grid so no facilities. Adding tables and fire pits as the campground grows Currently only 4 spots to camp. 1 spot that can accommodate a good size RV. The other spots i wouldn't go any larger than 25'. Plenty of tent camping space. The property is about 5 miles off the pavement about 25minutes drivable with most vehicles but can be a bit wash boarded at times

Lots of hiking near by. Great place to ride your SxS from. The town of seligman is right on Rt66, Grand Canyon not to far. Williams is about 50 miles or so…

Directions

GPS gets you right to location but I would recommend coming in from Seligman not Anvil Rock Rd. Anvil Rock is closer coming from the west but it puts you on another part of the dirt road if your in a truck or Suv its fine but in a car i would come in from Seligman. Its only an adventure so have fun either way...

Secluded and wonderful for dark sky star gazing!

We had no trouble finding the ranch.  25 minutes to Seligmen. Secluded and within a pocket of trees, partial shade in the morning while the sun came up.  Picnic table and fire pit were clean and firewood ready for a campfire.  We didn't use the firepit as we were there for the Perseids Meteor Shower, so we didn't need the extra light. Brad is an attentive host.  Felt safe behind the locked gate. Dogs in the distant barked at wolves or coyotes howling in the middle of the night was very exciting!  Need to bring your own water and a pop up toilet.  No services on the site.  This site is for roughing it!  Green everywhere, paddle and cholla cactus, so be careful walking in the dark in the field beyond the numbered camp sites on the property. Plenty of birds soaring overhead and many Towhee. We used the Cornell Orinthology birding app and called many birds, the Towhees were fun. Woodpeckers around too. So fun!  Bumpy road to the site for about 20 minutes, better with a higher profile car and capability for 4 wheel drive as the roads become muddy and the ground is very soft when it rains. Thank you Brad for checking in with us before our stay and after.  We loved it. Will return when no chance for flash flooding. ;)

Krejci

My husband and I were coming into Seligman to look for property while on vacation. I came across this campground on the Dyrt app and thought we would give it a shot. We have a 26ft travel trailer and a side by side that we wanted to ride while looking. The road was a little bumpy and it is off the beaten path, but it was well worth it. Brad was an amazing host and we ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Much to our surprise all the properties that we were set up to look at were all in the same area. We enjoyed the quiet evenings and the cooler temperatures than in town. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.
