Great campground!

Friendly staff, nice campsites and fishing. They even had a coffee shop!

Friendly Homey Campground

Operated by JJS, Jennifer, James and Steve this is a wonderful campground for fishing and relaxing the weekend away. Open year round with great prices too. On the confluence of the Susitna and Kashwitna rivers is it a great launching off spot for fishing. A good mix of open sites overlooking the Susitna river on loop A, and also more private sites on loops B and C. Pet friendly with 5 new pet waste stations installed this year. Need a morning mocha, Jennifer makes the best!

Childhood favorite! Family friendly campground with boat launch

I grew up at this campground...literally every weekend camping was spent here! Its changed since I was a kid but it's still a great campground. There are TONS of spots (60 I think) with a mix of secluded spots and also group spots. There are two main loops one in the woods and one along the river where there is a boat launch and where you can fish from shore. There are well restrooms and a shower facility as well. Definitely one to keep in the rotation of spots or to make it your go to family spot like it was ours for so many years
