Underwhelmed

Mainly just a parking lot, good access to deshka landing for fishing, camp host, dry camping, $15 FCFCS. The fire here a few years ago have left the drive into the campground sad and burnt out, but new life is now growing on some.

Calm Waters

Willow creek is a nice family friendly location. Willow is a nice central location for travelers from all around. Floating in your kayak provides such a relaxing day, don’t forget the bug spray though!

Great campground, easy get away

Willow creek campground is a nice campground with paved parking and picnic tables, easily accesible camp spots. Gets busy some weekends due to fishing at Willow Creek and on the Susitna River. Well maintained facilities. You can get forgotten supplies at gas station a few miles away and possibilities to float down Willow Creek exist too depending on if you have the means and some knowledge of floating as there are some log jams and sweepers depending on when you float it.
