Harvey Lake Cabin

Sixteen miles from Petersburg, Harvey Lake Cabin sits within the Tongass National Forest on forested terrain with open areas near both a creek and lake. The US Forest Service manages this drive-in site for $25 per night, though campers should prepare for rough access roads leading to the location.

The cabin accommodates tent camping only, with no RV access permitted. Pets are not allowed on the property. Fishing and swimming provide the main recreational activities, taking advantage of the nearby water features. For additional options, campers can explore campgrounds near Petersburg or check out Beecher Pass Cabin just over a mile northwest for another forest service option.
