Nice quiet campground on Bear creek.

This is a nice clean and quiet campground. It offers both RV and primitive camping. The campground is right on the water. The staff is friendly. They offer activities on the weekends for the kids when weather permits.

Small But Peaceful

We are staying for Memorial Day weekend. It’s our first time here and it’s really not that bad! Easier to navigate in my opinion that others say. Staff is really nice and welcoming. The sites are a little tighter than most places. Especially in the RV section. We are tent camping and have plenty of…

Very clean campground

Our first time to visit this campground. We stayed in E10. Flat level parking pad for our van. E8-12 are not even enough for tents but good for small campers. Each site has a fire ring, table, water, electric on the lower levels E and C. The upper levels A-D have full hookups with sewer. Bathhouses…

Friendly Folk

More of a community than a passersby campground. We arrived late at night, but the manger on site was more than happy to accommodate us. Tent camping available a short hike away across a creek.

Nice Spot... Roll Tide( I think)😁

The spaces were a little bit tight & close but they were angled nicely. We had to maneuver the trailer around the trees but not complaining about the shade. The staff were very helpful. Everyone had to wait while we backed in & unhitched because go the narrow roads but we had a wonderful…

Conveniently Located

The Cove is right off of I-59 at Attalla with easy on and easy off access. The negatives are when it rains the roads are a mess. The internet service is less than desirable unless you are close to the access point. The view of the lake is beautiful if you are on a site that pulls up to the lake. …

Huge Water Fall and Bike Trails

Nice campground with all the amenities.  Here you can swim in the pool, play with your kids on the play ground or take them on walk to view the waterfall . Noccalula Falls is a very large water fall and spectacular to see.  The campground is located super close to the falls. There is a mountain…

Sites~ most are SMALL and right next to your neighbor. Some have more space but all in all its tight. Driving into the campground and finding your site is TIGHT as well.

Bathhouse~ it's okay. Clean and well maintained. 3 stalls with a double curtain but no shower stall doors.

Great weekend get away.

Some tight spots, but the water park is only a bicycle ride away. There is a six mile walking/ biking trail along the Tennesse river. The golf course is at the campground entrance. There are special events for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. Long term camping has been voted out and I…

Pack'em in!

This place is tight.   Not in the Urban Dictionary meaning of tight, but in the actual meaning of tight.  It's hard to tell if there are more trees or RVs on the property.  It appears that many of the RVs there are long-term, permanent residents; wood porches, lots of yard items, etc.  The roads to…

Not a bad place to go for the weekend!

This campground is a nice quiet campground. They have about 90 spots for you to camp which includes primitive spots. The campground is very shaded with tall pine trees, for most of the day depending on what site you are on. Most sites have very nice views of the water also. Most sites a spacious…
