Heart of Dixie Trail Ride operates as an equestrian-focused campground with full hookups for RVs up to 65 feet. The facility centers around horse activities, providing stalls and paddocks with fresh water access, plus an arena for riding practice. Trail systems accommodate both horses and ATVs, designed with beginner riders in mind.
Campsites sit in open terrain without significant tree cover, though a swimming pool offers cooling options during warmer months. The bathhouses receive positive marks from visitors, and cabin rentals provide an alternative to tent or RV camping. Troy serves as a nearby supply point for camping near Troy. The setup works best for horse owners and ATV enthusiasts who prioritize trail access over wooded privacy.
