Overview
Greensport RV Park & Campground is a privately owned, family-operated waterfront RV park located on the shores of Neely Henry Lake in Ashville, Alabama, between Gadsden and Birmingham. The park is situated on a historic bicentennial family farm and is operated by the Evans Family. It operates year-round and is gated for security.
Facilities
All sites offer full hookups with 30/50-amp electric service, water, and sewer. The park features two bathhouses with private showers, two laundry rooms with coin-operated machines, two outdoor swimming pools, and a fully stocked general store/marina store. Dumpsters are provided on site. A camp app allows guests to book sites, purchase event tickets, and view amenities.
Recreation
Guests have access to a boat ramp, fishing piers, and the marina for lake activities including boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboating. On-land amenities include a basketball court, playground, fully fenced dog park, hiking/nature trails, horseshoes, pickleball, and volleyball. Tent camping is offered separately at the adjacent Greensport Marina from October 1 through May 1 and is not part of the main RV park inventory.
