Large parking area with drive-thru parking for for large vehicles and trucks pulling horse trailers, as well as horse paddocks, vault toilets, picnic tables, and a few bear boxes. Most people here were parking to access more remote back country sites, but there was no prohibition against overnight camping at the trailhead, and plenty of room to do so.
