Big Ridge Campground

With full hookups and sites accommodating RVs up to 25 feet, Big Ridge Campground operates seasonally from April through October at $25-27 per night. Sites sit close together with limited privacy between neighbors, creating a compact layout that works best when occupancy is lighter.

The bathhouse maintains basic cleanliness despite its rustic condition, and showers provide hot water. Fire pits and tent areas show wear and may need attention. Cell service proves spotty throughout the campground, though nearby areas offer good views of the surrounding landscape. Lost River State Park Campground sits one mile southwest for campers considering alternatives.

Quiet and off the beaten path

The campsites are pretty close to each other so there's not a lot of privacy if there's a lot of campers present. If you like rugged camping, this place might do the trick. Fire pits and tent sites are not in good condition.

The bathhouse is "rustic" but they were clean for their condition. Showers do have hot water which is nice.

Good views nearby! Cell signal however isn't great in this area.
