Long Lake Campground is located near Republic in the Colville National Forest. The area features forested terrain with a mix of trees and open spaces. Temperatures range from lows in the 30s Fahrenheit in winter to highs in the 80s during summer. Nearby attractions include the Kettle River and Sherman Pass Scenic Byway, offering opportunities for hiking and sightseeing.

Long lake has well shaded campsites that can accommodate large vehicles. Its amenities include an old fashion pump-handle well that provides the campground with potable water. A beautiful clear water lake stocked with cutthroat trout is fly fishing only and combustion engines are prohibited. Beautiful views of the 12.8 acre lake can be seen from the 1.5 mile trail that traverses along the waters edge. You can hear and see wildlife living on the lake including the common loon. Chipmunks are abundant in the campground so please remember to store all food properly before leaving your campsite. 12 campsites with picnic tables and fire pits Drinking water Vault toilets

Directions
From Republic, WA: Take highway 21 south 7 miles to forest road 53 (Scatter Creek). Turn right on to forest road 53 and travel approximately 6.0 miles to forest road 5300-400. Turn left and follow it 0.75 mile to the entrance of the campground, which will be on your right.
