Accessible via well-maintained forest roads, Honeymoon Campground provides five sites with fire grates and picnic tables at $10 per night from May through October. The US Forest Service facility sits within a 2021 wildfire recovery area in Okanogan National Forest, where vegetation slowly returns to open terrain. Site 5 offers both water access and shade, while Site 4 provides waterfront positioning without tree cover.
Most sites lack shade protection, making canopies essential during sunny weather. Vault toilets serve the campground, and the area sees light use during weekdays according to recent visitors. Bears inhabit the region, requiring proper food storage. RVs up to 18 feet can access the campground, and dispersed camping areas exist nearby for overflow. A trailhead at the forest road's northern end provides hiking access for those willing to drive the distance from camp.
