One of a kind. Pure Luxury. This bespoke 2-bedroom 2-bath high bank family vacation home has it all! Architecturally designed, every room offers magnificent views of Silver Lake. The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen including a dishwasher, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals the master bedroom that features 1-queen sized bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes…in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ…all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder!

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
