Reservations are available at RW Services RV Park, a privately operated hookup campground running $30 to $45 per night just south of Forks, Washington. Sites are large, gravel and grass, and flat enough for rigs of various sizes. Some road noise is audible from the property, worth noting for light sleepers. The owners are hands-on and communicative, keeping guests informed about local road conditions and power status during their stay.

Full hookups include water and sewer connections, and WiFi is available with a password the owner will deliver to your site. Cell service gets mixed marks from reviewers, so the onsite WiFi may matter more than expected. One past stay saw a power outage that knocked out both the restroom facilities and the WiFi overnight, though the owners stayed in contact throughout. Picnic tables are at each site, and campfires are permitted. Pets are welcome.

The location works well as a base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Bogachiel State Park Campground sits less than a mile to the northwest, and Rialto Beach is within day-trip range. Campers using this area as a staging point for camping destinations near Forks will find the park's proximity to US-101 useful for reaching trailheads and coastal access points in multiple directions. As James S. put it, the sites are "gravel and grass, clean." Book ahead in summer, as the Olympic Peninsula sees heavy visitation from July through August.

Not the ritz but a great place

RW Services RV park isn't anything fancy but a great location for home base for seeing the sights in the area.

Pam and Ray make you feel so welcome.

We had a full hook up site which worked out great.

Price was reasonable and on par with other campgrounds.

Good basecamp for exploring the area

The sites are long and level and have picnic tables. I think there’s a horseshoe pit near the road. Owner will bring you the Wi-Fi password if you don’t track him down first. The night we were there there was no power which meant no water in the restrooms and no Wi-Fi. We were OK with this (self contained) and headed out in the morning to explore the area. The owners kept in contact with us during the day to let us know about power conditions and road closures in the area which was much appreciated. Owners were very considerate and very friendly.
