Olympic NF Dispersed off FR 3117 near Beaver Lake

Description

National Forest Development Road 3117 winds quietly through the dense green timber of Olympic National Forest near Beaver Lake, carrying very little traffic and offering a couple of small pullout spots well removed from WA 113. The road is bumpy but passable for standard two-wheel-drive vehicles; tight clearances make it best suited to cars, trucks, and small campers rather than larger rigs. A fire ring is present at one of the pullouts, and the surrounding old-growth canopy keeps the atmosphere calm and secluded.
