Description

Situated in the beautiful North Cascades mountains. This campground has been undergoing an extensive remodel so bear with us. But as for the woods and the bathrooms and showers, they are ready to go. Some of the RV spots are ready as well. This is a beautiful 40 acres and we also made a trail so you can walk along the river.

Great place to stay at close to the north cascades

Great place! Clean toilets, hot water, good enough wifi, leveled ground and the host is really helpful and nice! The only downside is that it's close to the road, so you hear some traffic, but it's a rather chill place at night.

Convenient, clean and affordable!

Immediately next to State Route 20, eleven minutes to the entrance of the national park and 30 minutes to the visitor center, this family owned recently opened campground is promising to be a convenient and popular site in the upcoming years. Manager is available on site at certain times or via phone at all times, staff is super friendly and helpful! Pay with cash or card! No store available but campground is four minutes away to the closest store, gas station, restaurants, and coffee shop. Water and electrical hook ups available on most sites. No firepits, no tables available, however they are new and working hard to grow and improve the campground. Bathrooms are near, very clean, and hot water showers are clean too. There are about 16 sites RV and tent friendly in the main area with the bathroom near just a few steps away, but this is next to the highway, so it can get loud. We didn’t mind it since our days ended and started early in the National Park. The manager did offer sites in the back, which are more secluded and further away from the bathroom, but they are quieter. I don’t know if these sites are RV friendly since we stayed in the main site with a tent.

If you’re needing a place to stay prior to a backpacking trip, this site is 8 minutes away from the wilderness information center/Ranger station where you pick up your permit.
