Fishing-boating campground/RV Park

This is a smallish family owned campground that caters to fisherman and boaters. There are plenty of sites for RV, trailers, and tent campers as well. The trailer/RV sites on the left of the loop are tighter than on the right side. The sites are a little dusty and could use a coat of fresh gravel on the pads and the picnic tables could use an update although the Pacific Northwest weather is tough on outdoor furniture. The campground is very quiet in the evenings and campers were very respectful of each other‘s space. The owners were friendly and offered any assistance if we needed it. The campground is about a mile and a half from a nice boat launch on the Cowlitz river. There looked to be a few full-timers. $55 per night was a little steep for a non sewer site. All in all a quaint campground and felt lucky to book 2 sites on short notice in the middle of high camping season.
