Hikers and trail runners have access to open terrain at Ballou Mountain Base Camp, an established campground in Marlboro, Vermont, where nightly rates run $65 to $121. Firewood is available on-site, and campfires are permitted. Dogs are welcome. Description
So my wife and I just received Town permission to host a primitive campsite on our property. It has privacy & miles and miles of trails with permitted access to Ballou Mountain ( Google has it on the map incorrectly labeled as Blue Mountain) the second tallest peak in Windham County at 2000'.
