Part of the Bureau of Land Management's Richfield Field Office territory, Halls Creek Outlook provides dispersed camping access through drive-in sites. This BLM campground operates without developed amenities or designated spots, allowing campers to select their own setup areas within the permitted zone.
The dispersed format means no water, restrooms, or electrical hookups are available on-site. Campers must bring all supplies and pack out waste following Leave No Trace principles. Several other dispersed options exist nearby, including Shade Tree Dispersed Pull Off just 0.2 miles northeast. The campground works well for self-sufficient campers comfortable with primitive conditions and BLM land regulations.
