The area on Utah side has 3 public beach areas which includes the rest stop. Spoke with sheriff and he stated one night was okay on the public beach area and always allowed at rest stop area. We stayed just down from rest stop on beach area. Frequented by locals. Clean has bathrooms
Newer looking rest area with restrooms. Lake Access as well. Stayed the night in our Campervan a long with 4 big riggs.
