Our campground operates year-round, with 42 full-service sites for RVs, and 30 seasonal sites for tent camping with water & electric. In addition, we have 5 rustic cabins with air conditioning and 1 Family Cottage for seasonal rental. A large bathroom facility with showers is in the tent area. Our park is well shaded with mature trees and grassy sites throughout the park. RV sites are roomy, pull-through, side-by-side lots.

Tent Camping:

We have a separate, shaded and grassy area for tents, pop-up campers and small RVs or vans. Perfect for groups! Water and Electric service is available at each site. Surrounding areas are mostly wooded. There is a playground area for the children and volleyball, tetherball, soccer ball, Frisbees, and board games are available to check out at the office. We have free Wi-Fi available to campers. Leashed pets are welcome. A large bathroom facility with showers is available in the tent area, along with a dump station for your small RV. We are NOT a Residential park, but do offer Extended Stay rates for those who expect to be in the area for some time, in addition to Daily and Weekly rates. We offer 30 amp and some 50 amp sites. Our park is well shaded with mature trees and grassy lots throughout the park. Most sites are level and roomy, pull-through, side-by-side lots. We have free Wi-Fi available to campers. Great Family Camp Ground

We have only stayed in the tent sites but love it. Our kids ride around the circle on their bikes, they love the train rides, its always fun to walk around the grounds and learn about the history. Nice short trip in to St. Joe or Benton Harbor. We got take and bake pizza from Silver Beach Pizza and cooked it over the fire.

Bathrooms are clean, showers are warm. We enjoy this place.

Quiet

Mostly grass and gravel pull through spaces. We had site 61 under some nice shade trees and the lot was very level. Park staff was very helpful after a storm blew through cleaning up limbs and litter. Nearby House of David grounds were eerie abandoned but historical. Walking distance from the campground. Saint Joseph was a great little town for shopping. Bento Harbor was run down and dirty.

Great family campground

This campground has clean bathrooms and showers, a small play area for children and a small train that takes you around the camp. It’s very cute and a great side option to the overfilled beach campgrounds.
