Check out our RV Park if you're looking for an affordable place to stay for the night. Although we don't have a lot of amenities to offer, we are a safe place to stop when passing through. Our professional management ensures guests have a safe, quiet and clean site.

Hardscrabble Texas

Full hookups, which was nice.  But the WiFi was essentially useless, which would have been nice in this otherwise unremarkable locale.

Great Location and quite place

Great place for a longterm or short term stay.  Affordable and quiet.  Easy access from freeway and close to Midland city for restaurants.

Ok place to spend the night

This is Oil Country! As far as the eye can see…… and this is basically a field that they’ve bulldozed and put in full hook ups and rented out monthly to oil field workers. You can smell it on the breeze. You can use your passport america card here for 1/2 off, so it was $20 - which is a decent price. The Wi-Fi is good. You can hear the highway traffic. There are no other amenities as far as I can tell.
