Marina Village Park is a manufactured housing and RV community that is conveniently located next to the municipal boating ramps and fishing piers in Corpus Christi. Our community amenities include a community center for our residents, a private swimming pool, a laundromat, and bathhouses. For those who enjoy fishing, we provide access to a private bay that our residents say has“the best fishing around”! The water is beautiful and the fishing is wonderful. Here on the coastal bend, you will enjoy some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. We are located only eleven minutes from Mustang Island State Park and twenty-six minutes from Padre Island National Seashore. Whether you are looking for a vacation spot or you want to make Marina Village your home, you have come to the right place.
