This is a beautiful vacant lot located in Livingston Texas. This lot is located 10 minutes from Lake Livingston where you can enjoy free lake and boat ramp access. There is also a campground, inground pool and nature trails nearby where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, bike riding and scenic walks. This location would be great for boondocking your RV, travel trailer or tiny home on wheels. This site does not have water or electric hookups at this time (hookups will be available Spring 2023), so you will need to have a self contained bathroom. There are also dumping stations and water refill stations within minutes of the lot.
