Lake Fun Properties is the umbrella brand for two sister properties in Kingsland, Texas, operated by the same owner in the Texas Hill Country. Granite Rock RV Park (1015 Davis St) offers 28 full-hookup RV sites in a quiet residential neighborhood, while Noble Cabins and Lake House (200 Noble St) provides six 1-bedroom cabins and a 2-bedroom lakehouse directly on Lake LBJ.
Facilities
RV sites include pull-through and back-in options with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, and internet connections. A shared clubhouse features a full kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, pool table, laundry room, and shower/bathroom. A covered BBQ pavilion with picnic tables is available for guest use. The Noble Cabins location offers dock access on Lake LBJ. Monthly RV rates ($400/month) are available in addition to nightly bookings.
Recreation
Guests at the Noble Cabins location have access to swimming and fishing directly on Lake LBJ, with docks and a boat lift on site. The surrounding Texas Hill Country offers proximity to Longhorn Cavern State Park, Inks Lake State Park, the Kingsland Nature Preserve, and the Colorado River.
