Colonia Del Rey RV Park

With full hookups available for RVs up to 70 feet, Colonia Del Rey RV Park accommodates both short-term visitors and extended stays in the Flower Bluff area of Corpus Christi. Reservations can be made online, and rates range from $43-$80 per night. The park operates year-round and welcomes pets.

The property features mostly paved sites with minimal spacing between neighbors, creating a compact community atmosphere. A swimming pool, playground, and small fenced dog area provide on-site recreation options. A waterfront seafood restaurant sits within walking distance, and the nearby car wash offers convenient vehicle cleaning services.

For those wanting different accommodations in the area, Sunset Ridge Resort and RV Park provides an alternative less than a mile northeast.

Campers regularly cited the park's convenient location near services and clean facilities as key strengths. Some visitors expressed disappointment with limited scenery and site spacing, though most found it practical for beach trips.

Good full service camping

We have been dry camping for a week and needed a rv park to dump, fill , charge batteries and do laundry. I called several everything parks and they didn’t want short term stays or was full. This park was happy to have us. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Short try

If you come her, don’t get the cheat site. No shade! Trees everywhere else but here. They have a swimming pool but nobody is using it! Don’t know why. It’s the middle of June!!

Good value

This place is centrally located near a lot of services and activities. There's lots of pavement, which is not a huge selling point, but the dust is greatly reduced as a result. There's a small swimming pool and a large laundry. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. Personnel are very accommodating. There's a mix of short and long term residents. There's a decent amount of walking within the park, but outside the park is not that great. I didn't feel terribly safe. There are dogs running around without humans present and some homeless in the local park. The car wash next door is a great value and I was able to get my truck with extra high canopy washed for cheap. All in all, I thought it was a good place to stay.

Great People and Location

We stayed here for 2 months prior to moving. The park is nothing fancy as far as scenery goes, however, the people and community here is top notch. The park is close to H-E-B and not too far from multiple beaches.

Convenient location!

Colonia Del Ray is a nice little park, nothing to fancy. We usually stay here when visiting family that lives in Flower Bluff. It is a very convenient location, about five minutes from an HEB and within thirty minutes of most of the Corpus Christi attractions. They have a lot of rental spots for such a small park, so there is not much room between you and your neighbors. If you going for a fun trip at the beach you wouldn’t be spending much time at your RV anyway.

The rate is forty bucks a night for an RV with free wi-fi and cable. The facilities are clean, but don’t expect much scenery. There are not many trees, but at least you can see the ocean. There are coin laundry machines, pool, playground, and a mini gated dog area. I believe they have rental cabins on one side of the park. It seems like locals use this park to post up their boats and RVs as well. You can make reservations online, and the owners of the place are very kind.

Flower Bluff is a great town with wonderful people. Make sure you check out some of the locally eateries. About two blocks from the park is a seafood restaurant located on the water with a huge deck. They have excellent food and it is in walking distance which is a plus! Also if you have kids take them to the U.S.S Lexington! It is so awesome and hands-on with airplanes on the top deck!
