Enjoy waterfront creek access! Relax in this beautiful private community. We built a custom fire pit, deck, and extra large swing to relax and play in idyllic nature. 1 acre with a deep creek and Tennessee River access. There are a variety of fish depending on the season! Feel free to bring water toys, boat, etc. You will have access to a boat launch that's super close to this site (1/4mile!). This site is meant for RVs as there are no toilet facilities and the neighbors wouldn't be keen on witnessing anything they shouldn't.

Directions
Follow gps directions. There will be a gate with a code to enter when you arrive. Then follow the road until you reach a fork and go right. GPS may have you arrive a bit earlier than the site. Continue on past a street opening on the left that leads to the boat ramp. There is a small sign with the address you should see on your left.
